Easy to Train Dogs

Every dog is an individual, each equipped with their own personalities. Some respond well to praise, others toys and some would swim the English Channel for a jar of peanut butter. With breed standards in place, training becomes a unique challenge for some owners while others seem to breeze right through it. Here are the five easiest and most challenging breeds to train.

Easiest: Papillons

Known for its snuggling ability, the Papillon is incredibly smart and may be trained with very little resistance. These happy go getters love to play. Making training fun with lots of games will endear this dog to any cheerful owner.
